Dr. Nguyen joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2020 and practices in the Hillcrest and Coronado areas. He specializes in kidney disease, including chronic kidney disease (CKD) and dialysis care.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. Next, he completed his internal medicine residency at Scripps Mercy in San Diego. He then completed his nephrology fellowship at UC San Diego (UCSD).

Outside of medicine, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with his family and exploring San Diego.
