Dr. Rahimi joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2021 and practices in the San Diego area. He provides care for kidney disease at Sharp Rees-Stealy clinics and within the Sharp hospital system.

He attended medical school at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. Next, he completed his internal medicine residency at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. He then completed his nephrology fellowship at UC San Diego (UCSD).

Outside of medicine, Dr. Rahimi enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, hiking, and playing soccer.
