Sidney Montes is the Director of Operations at Balboa Nephrology, where she’s been a dedicated team member for over ten years. Currently, she’s completing her studies in Healthcare Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Arizona State University, further expanding her expertise in managing operations within the healthcare sector.

Outside of work, Sidney is a proud mother of two, spending much of her time at her children’s baseball and softball games. She’s also passionate about giving back to her community and enjoys being outdoors with her two Belgian Malinois. When she’s not at the ballpark or helping in her community, Sidney enjoys unwinding by cooking and baking, often experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
