Dr. Soltero joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2003 and practices in the Chula Vista area. He specializes in kidney disease and cares for patients receiving hemodialysis at FMC and DaVita Dialysis units.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine. Next, he completed his residency at UCSF Alameda General Hospital in Oakland. He then completed his fellowship training at Kaiser Foundation Hospital, in affiliation with UCLA.
