A son gives his father a second chance at life.  Michael Evans, who is going to medical school in the fall, didn’t hesitate to become a kidney donor for his dad, Jason Evans who was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease.  What an incredible Father’s Day Gift!  Click here to see the sweet story that appeared on their local news.
