Stocking a Kidney-Friendly Fridge

by | Jun 20, 2023 | Patient Education

Being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease is a lifestyle change and a big part of that change is diet. Finding kidney-friendly recipes is one thing, but how about grocery shopping for a renal diet? We’ve found some great information from Davita that can hopefully provide guidance when stocking your refrigerator.

“Stock your fridge with kidney-friendly ingredients to be successful following your eating plan.  It’s important to plan ahead for meals and prepare for your busy week, especially when what you eat has a direct impact on how you feel.
