Karynne Ednacot joined Balboa Nephrology in 2024. She is a San Diego native and graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, focusing on Health Sciences.
Dr. Lund joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2008. He practices in the San Diego Metro area; specializing in kidney diseases which includes hemodialysis patients at both FMC and DaVita Dialysis units.
Dr. Marquis Hart joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2020. He is a board-certified surgeon with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. He is a specialist in transplant, hepatobiliary and general surgery.
Dr. Halldorson joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2017. He is a General Surgeon specializing in kidney transplantation at Sharp Memorial where he is also the Surgical Director of Transplantation.
Dr. Faravardeh joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2014. He practices in the Sharp Metro are; specializing in Kidney diseases which include hemodialysis patients at both FMC and DaVita Dialysis units.
Dr. Tepsiri Chongkrairatanakul or “ Dr. Chong” joined Balboa Nephrology in 2018. He practices at Sharp Memorial Hospital and covers Sharp Metro area. He specializes in a variety of kidney diseases, glomerular diseases, kidney stone prevention, dialysis and hypertension. He has a special interest in kidney and pancreas transplant and is part of the transplant team at Sharp Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Rahimi joined Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in 2021. He practices in the San Diego area specializing in kidney diseases at Sharp Rees-Stealy Clinics and Sharp hospital system.
Cindi Polis joined Balboa United in 2020 as the new Care Manager & Education Nurse. Cindi works with CKD patients to help optimize a healthier lifestyle and educate patients on different modality options for dialysis. She supports the BNMG clinics covering San Diego County.
